BECOME AN AFFILIATE PARTNER
By becoming an affiliate partner of WOCGN your organisation will be making a vital investment to achieve gender and racial equity within the workplace. Your investment will lead to:
Promoting diverse representation in leadership and senior roles, by actively supporting and championing WOC's advancement in the workplace.
Building inclusive cultures where underrepresented groups see themselves represented, feel they can do their best work, meet their career aspirations, and thrive.
Taking an intersectional approach to your diversity efforts by honing in on underrepresented groups such as WOC.
INVEST IN YOUR WOC TALENT
MENTORING
Our cross-sector mentoring programme tackles underrepresentation head on. The programme introduces WOC to senior WOC from corporate, public and non-profit industries. Providing WOC employees with dedicated WOC mentors who they can relate to and can share their experiences with can be transformational to their advancement.
NETWORKING
As an affiliate partner of WOCGN, your WOC employees will gain access to a network of over 700 talented WOC from a range of sectors. As well as invitations to special workshops, events with leading WOC figures, and bespoke training where they can learn from and gain insights directly from the experiences of other WOC.
SPONSORSHIP
WOC often attribute their lack of advancement in an organisation due to a lack of sponsorship. Through our sponsor and allyship training, we support your managers to become confident sponsors, by opening doors, championing WOC, and making introductions to support WOC's career advancement.
"We are proud to have launched our partnership with the Women of Colour Global Network to provide mentoring to 25 women of colour across Endeavor’s UK businesses. As a company, we recognize the unique challenges that women of colour face in the workplace, and we understand the importance of providing a safe and supportive space for them to learn and grow. Through this mentoring programme we aim to empower our mentees with the skills and community to support them to thrive in their careers, and give them the skills to become the next generation of leaders”.
